5. Allgemeine Teilnahmebestimmungen und Nutzungs-/Geschäftsbedingungen
1. Die Villa Rosental verpflichtet sich bei rechtzeitiger und vollständig ausgefüllter Anmeldung des Nutzers einen Kurs bzw. eine Veranstaltung zu reservieren. Der Anmeldezeitpunkt und die IP-Adresse des Nutzers werden automatisch protokolliert und die Anmeldung wird dem Nutzer gesondert per Email, per Telefon oder per Post bestätigt. Es besteht ein Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen. 2. Die Anmeldung verpflichtet den Nutzer zur Zahlung der vollen Gebühren, diese sind vor Beginn des Kurses bzw. der Veranstaltung an die Villa Rosental zu entrichten. Die Kurs- bzw. Veranstaltungsgebühren sind unabhängig von einer persönlichen Teilnahme zu entrichten. Eine Rückerstattung ist nicht möglich. 3. Auch wenn der Nutzer unverschuldet am Kurs bzw. an der Veranstaltung nicht teilnehmen kann, sind die Gebühren in voller Höhe zu entrichten. Im Krankheitsfall oder einem anderen ausserordentlichen Nichtteilnahmegrund erhalten Sie eine Gutschrift, die für die Teilnahme eines adäquaten Kurses bzw. einer Veranstaltung innerhalb eines Jahres ab Beginn des Kurses/Veranstaltung in der Villa Rosental berechtigt. 4. Die Kurs- bzw. Veranstaltungsgebühren können vorab auf unser Konto überwiesen werden (bitte vollständigen Namen und den gewünschten Kurs mit angeben).
5.1. Special rules on participation / Terms of use / Listing service for single dancers
The user is solely responsible for the legality of the contents and explanations provided by him in the listing service for single dancers. The only domains permitted are those which are used for searching a private dance partner or the purpose of contact establishment. Especially, presentations of violence, sexual explicit content or discriminating or inflammatory or slanderous statements or representations in terms of race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual preference or age or any contents violating the current law are forbidden on our website in the interests of the community of users.This shall also apply to the links for which the user is responsible on the web site with the corresponding contents. In the interest of and for the protection of the community of users, the Villa Rosental reserves the right to check the trustworthiness of the transmitted graphs, pictures, photographies, audio documents, video sequences and texts and to not publish them. The user understakes to respect the rights of third parties in all his actions , in particular the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties too.
The transmission of data and messages from other users to the corresponding users is exclusively performed personally by the Villa Rosental. All unauthorised reproduction, publication, distribution, or commercial application of the data transmitted by the Villa Rosental to third parties, especially those related to personal information about other users is prohibited. It is also forbidden to publish own or external contact details (e.g. e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, web addresses etc) or to ask for contact possibilities in public texts which allow to bypass the internal communication system of the Villa Rosental.
If the Villa Rosental is used by third parties due to an action or omission for which the user is responsible as shown in the above mentioned areas of responsibility, the Villa Rosental, for its part, will hold the user liable for all damage caused to the Villa Rosental.
The Villa Rosental reserves the right to refuse a user who is strongly suspected of having grossly violated the above mentioned rules , to terminate the user contract, if necessary, without prior notice and warning and without giving any specific reason as well as to delete partially or completely all entries of the user in the data base at its own discretion when it comes to defending the interests of the community of users and complying with the legal regulations.
6. Legal effect of the liability exemption
This liability exemption, to which readers of the online pages are directed, is to be perceived as a part of the online content. Should parts or certain phrases of this text not, no longer or not completely comply with the current legal status, the remainder of the document's content remains unaffected.
